  • Communication Data: Records of SMS messages and emails sent to you as part of the inspection workflow.

  • Facilitate property inspection workflows between lenders, inspection companies, and homeowners/borrowers.
  • Send transactional SMS messages and emails containing inspection links, reminders, and status updates.
  • Generate inspection reports for the ordering party (lender or inspection company).
  • Improve our platform's functionality and user experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service.

4. SMS Messaging

When your lender or inspection company orders a property inspection and provides your phone number, you may receive transactional SMS messages from PropSight. These messages include:

  • An initial message with a link to complete your property inspection.
  • Reminder messages if the inspection has not been completed (maximum of 3 messages per inspection order).

We do not send marketing messages. All SMS communications are strictly transactional and related to your scheduled property inspection. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on inspection status.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information with:

  • Ordering Parties: The lender, loan servicer, or inspection company that ordered the inspection receives the completed inspection report and associated data.
  • Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate our platform (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery, SendGrid for email delivery, cloud hosting providers).
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Your information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
